Taco Salad

1 lb ground beef
2 cans red kidney beans, drained
1/2 onion, diced
tortilla chips

Brown beef with onion. Season with taco seasoning, or salt, pepper, garlic powder, red chile powder, cumin, and sugar. Add beans and salsa(to moisten meat). To assemble, on individual plate, we 1) crush a handful of chips, 2) add spoonful of meat mix, 3) top with shredded cheese, lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Then add dressing or salsa or mix of both.
