won ton wrappers (usually found in the refrigerated section, either deli or produce)
1 lb ground meat (I prefer pork)
carrots, VERY finely diced
green onions, ditto
Season meat with garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce and ginger. Mix in veggies. To assemble, place a wrapper on the table. Place a teaspoon of filling in center of wrapper. Moisten edges with a finger dipped in water. Fold over to form triangle. Leave as is or pinch corners together. Fry in moderately hot oil until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.
