white or wheat tortillas
shredded cheese
refried beans
salsa
On a tortilla, spread beans and sprinkle with cheese. Top with another tortilla. Fry in a little canola oil in a pan on both sides until crispy and golden. Slice into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
