Broccoli-Bacon Salad

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup mayo, can be low-fat
1/4 cup sour cream, can be low-fat
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
4 cups finely chopped broccoli crowns
8-oz can water chesnuts, rinsed and chopped
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 Tbs dried cranberries
fresh ground pepper

Whisk garlic, mayo, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Add broccoli, water chesnuts, bacon, cranberries and pepper; stir to coat.
