Jackie, you inspired this dinner. So baby, this one's for you...
1 lb spaghetti noodles (ok, I had linguine)
1 package broccoli slaw veggies
1 onion, cut in large chunks
1 bell pepper, cut in large chunks
lunchmeat ham, diced
any other leftover meat you have, diced
Cook noodles per directions. Meanwhile, in large saute pan, drizzle in enough canola oil to coat. Add onions, slaw, peppers, ham and meat. Saute until veggies are tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Add in drained noodles. Add about 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup oyster sauce(very scant), drizzle of sesame and chili oils, and sprinkle of garlic. Season with salt and pepper. I also added a dash of ginger. Toss until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings.
